You win some, you lose some
It doesn’t always work out. That’s what makes this game so interesting. Will they suddenly wake up at their stop and bolt for the door? Will someone sit down next to them and disrupt my angle? Will they catch on to me, forcing me to abandon the drawing?
Game on.
And yes, she quickly packed up exited the train without much warning.
i used to sketch on the train to when i was studying at pratt institute. i haven’t done that in years. i face similar challenges. there’s always the risk of someone realizing what you are doing and before they get up and move or get off, they shoot you a dirty look that says, “how dare you.”

so true. no matter how covert you are, you will get nailed and reprimanded every once in awhile. i actually caught someone drawing me a few weeks ago and decided i’d help their cause and stay pretty still until i got to my stop.

reprimanded? wow. i’ve never been reprimanded. what do they say to you? it’s not like you were taking a picture of them…
